
JUVENILE 11-16 YEARS OLD
The youth group trains these times:
Tuesdays 16:30-17:45
Thursdays 16:30-17:45
Sundays 11:00-12:15
Youth training consists of gymnastics exercises, jiu jitsu techniques and sparring. The training can be adapted to the different levels of the young people. Regardless of whether they are interested in competing or not in the sport, they can develop at their own pace with their friends at the academy. In this group, everyone from the age of 11 and up can train to eventually begin to be integrated into our adult training.
Intake in this group takes place on an ongoing basis, but registration is required. Fill in the form through the link below and you will receive an email with information to try the training.
