Do you want to start competing or take your competing to the next level? Then this is for you!

Sweden's elite invite you to a full-day seminar where they share their best tips and tricks for success in competition. Invaluable tips from reality in everything from strategic play to mental preparation and techniques that actually work in competition. How do you win the start, keep the lead or turn a disadvantage around? We teach you to use the rules as a weapon and end with open sparring and Q&A.

Open to girls of all levels. You don't need to have competed before, just have a desire to get better! If you want to prepare yourself to the fullest, we recommend that you read up on the scoring system and practice counting points during your regular sparring rounds to get the most out of the seminar.
